HR Customer Representative (Arabic Speaker)

 

Location: Krakow

You will:

 

  • handle incoming queries and provide solutions to the employees' and managers' requests in cooperation with the HR Services team
  • proactively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of all cases
  • prepare and publish organizational announcements
  • run and provide SAP reports for the customers
  • perform audits of SAP data input done by HR Services group
  • participate in the translation and review process of the Company's HR Principles and Practices

 

You have:

 

  • university degree
  • excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic
  • excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • professional experience in customer service environment would be an asset
  • strong computer skills, including MS Office
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
