You will:

• coordinate the process of Certificates of Service for employees based in Switzerland
• prepare the high-quality certificates based on the analyzed data
• ensure the smooth review of the certificates and the successful delivery to the customers
• handle the communication with various stakeholders involved in the process
• support the HR Customer Representatives in daily activities

You have:

• university degree or you are a final year student
• professional experience in consumer service environment would be an asset
• excellent working knowledge of French
• excellent working knowledge of English
• strong computer skills, including MS Office
•  good interpersonal and communication skills
