You will:
- coordinate the process of Certificates of Service for employees based in Switzerland
- prepare the high-quality certificates based on the analyzed data
- ensure the smooth review of the certificates and the successful delivery to the customers
- handle the communication with various stakeholders involved in the process
- support the HR Customer Representatives in daily activities
You have:
- university degree or you are a final year student
- professional experience in consumer service environment would be an asset
- excellent working knowledge of French
- excellent working knowledge of English
- strong computer skills, including MS Office
- good interpersonal and communication skills
