The internship documents are available after logging in with your one’s UJ email address.
The apprenticeship referral is signed by the following apprenticeship supervisors: dr Caterina Squillace, PhD, or dr Olga Mastela, PhD.
The agreement is signed by each of the parties (Jagiellonian University and the company where the apprenticeship takes place).
The Apprenticeship Card is a document to be completed and signed by the company where the apprenticeship takes place. The document should be delivered to the office of the Chair for Translation Studies no later than September 20th, 2021 or after the apprenticeship is finished.

Porozumienie podpisuje każda ze stron (UJ oraz firma gdzie odbywane są praktyki)
Karta Praktykanta, dokument uzupełniony i podpisany przez firmę gdzie odbywane są praktyki. W uwagach o przebiegu praktyk należy uwzględnić informację o ilości godzin odbytych praktyk.
Dokumenty należy dostarczyć do sekretariatu najpóźniej w terminie do 20 września.
